LuckyTyke Proposal

Tomlin Insurance Brokers

Multipage Rebuild + Resource Centre

Summary

Tomlin moves from a content-rich 1-pager to a structured 7-section site (Home, Services, Industries, Team, Guidebooks, Blog, Contact, plus Careers in the footer). The strategic anchor is industry leadership through Guidebooks: a well-organized, filterable resource centre built on WordPress categories and tags, scaled to what Tomlin's team can realistically maintain. Existing brand identity ports as-is. The 30 existing blog posts get reorganized into the new Guidebooks system.

Fixed price: $3,500 one-time + $25/month hosting. Ships in 4 weeks from kickoff.

What's included

Architecture & content

  • 7-page structure built on WordPress with our pattern library
  • 30 existing blog posts migrated and recategorized into the new Guidebooks system
  • Category archives organized along Industry and Service axes, with filtering
  • Category images (already uploaded to the shared Drive folder) used as archive page heroes
  • Team page: grid view of all 25+ team members, Barbados and Antigua sections
  • Industries page: 9 verticals with existing descriptions, each linking to its category archive
  • Services page: existing service descriptions, each linking to its category archive
  • Make a Complaint page ported as-is from current content

Guidebooks system

  • Custom category archive layout: industry- and service-tagged posts surfaced as a filterable resource library
  • Block-editor patterns library (3 to 5 reusable patterns for charts, stat callouts, infographic blocks). Tomlin’s content team uses these directly without involving us per post
  • Featured-image conventions applied so archive cards look consistent
  • Templated “Download” post pattern for gated downloadables, with Mailchimp form integration
  • Placeholder PDF downloads at launch. Real files (Contents Insurance template, Hurricane Season Checklist) swap in when ready, no rebuild needed

Forms & lead capture

  • Gravity Forms replaces the existing form layer
  • Contact form: existing industry dropdown structure carried forward, with sales lead routing to a configurable address per industry
  • Download gate: single Gravity Forms layer per downloadable, gated by email submission, integrated with Mailchimp list subscription
  • Make a Complaint form carried forward with the same approach

Hosting & migration

  • New site provisioned on WebOps Hosting (UpCloud infrastructure, closest data center to Caribbean traffic)
  • LiteSpeed Cache + QUIC.cloud applied for performance and CDN delivery
  • DNS cutover from current host to WebOps (assumes tomlinbrokers.com is the production target, with DNS direction at kickoff)
  • SSL via Let’s Encrypt on the production domain
  • 30 days post-launch support included

SEO baseline

  • The SEO Framework configured site-wide
  • Schema markup: LocalBusiness for Tomlin Insurance Brokers (both offices), Article schema for guides and blog posts
  • XML sitemap registered with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Keyword anchors aligned with Caribbean and industry-specific search (“[industry] commercial insurance Caribbean”, per your direction)
  • Lighthouse / PageSpeed re-test post-launch with target LCP under 2.5s on mobile

Pricing

Fixed price (one-time) $3,500
Hosting (WebOps Starter) $25/mo
Timeline 4 weeks from kickoff

What we need to start

  • Domain: confirmation that tomlinbrokers.com is the production target, plus current DNS provider so we can plan the cutover
  • New page intros and body copy (next week per your note; temporary copy fine to start)
  • Mailchimp: account access (list ID for the gated downloads plus connection credentials)
  • Sales routing: which industries route contact-form submissions to which inboxes (default to a single info@ address if undecided)
  • Brand assets confirmation: existing logo, palette, and typography are the source unless you flag otherwise
  • Real downloadables when ready (placeholders work for launch; swap is a no-rebuild change)

Terms

  • 50% deposit on signoff, 50% on launch
  • Quoted in USD
  • Project fee ($3,500, one-time): paid via Stripe invoice from Ryan Davis, LLC
  • Hosting ($25/month): billed through AZED Media’s existing WebOps account (WHMCS)
  • Includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and small adjustments
  • Beyond 30 days, support continues through the WebOps Hosting plan plus optional ongoing development hours at standard rates
  • Scope changes during the project are quoted as add-ons, never absorbed silently
